A Note on This Beer
You know what they say: teamwork makes the dream work.
I can’t think of anyone who embodies that more than the husband and wife team at Ash & Elm Cider Co. A trip to Ireland ignited their dream of Cider making. Now, not only are they one of the biggest names in Indiana Cider, but one of the most celebrated in all of the Midwest!
And, there’s no better way to taste their expertise than with their masterfully-made take on a classic.
Dry is a refreshing, semi-sweet Cider that sings with bright apple flavor. Each sip tickles the taste buds with a pleasantly puckering effervescence before finishing crisp and dry, like a bubbly glass of champagne.
Like all of their sophisticated sippers, it’s made with freshly pressed juice from midwest-grown apples, and no added nonsense.
Why not grab a few cans to share with a special teammate of your own? You can crack one open on your next picnic, and pair it with cheese and prosciutto! A classy drink like this deserves to be both shared and savored.
Ash & Elm Cider Co. took home the prestigious Double Gold Medal at the 2020 CiderCraft Awards!

Super crisp and dry with the perfect amount of apple. Definitely a must try for dry cider lovers!!
Plenty of sweetness from the apples, no need for additional cane sugar. Sweet, tart & dry. Not terrible, but room for improvement.
Basic but refreshing
A good cider. Give me a white wine vibes.
Okay Cider. Would have personally preferred a bit more complexity and more apple to come through.
It has all the makings of a good cider but it really doesn't shine in any categories.
Average cider. Easy to drink but nothing standout about it
Dry is right. But in a good way. Great hint of sweetness, good amount of tart, and the dryness brings it home for me
Bright and refreshing, not too sweet
Pretty good, my gluten free girlfriend approved
Great sour apple aromas. A perfect crisp and balanced cider. Just the proper amount of dryness to satisfy both the sweet and dry apple cider lovers. Very satisfying. Fantastic overall.
