About This Beer
Cellador stuffed this Sour Ale with heaping helpings of blueberries and marionberries and fermented it in oak with their house cultures. Once the juicy brew was bone dry, just before canning, they added another splash of blueberry juice, allowing it to develop soft natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and funky aromas are bound to make you feel like you’re standing in a berry patch. On the sip, vibrant notes of underripe bramble fruit, dried blueberries, and tart plum skin mingle with tones of dried grass and leather. A dash of oaky astringency on the tail end gives the taste a snappy finish.
