About This Beer
The Iron Horse crew set out to brew something with all the rich malty characters we love in Irish Reds combined with the lush hoppiness that makes American IPAs so deliciously popular. They started with a burly malt bill featuring medium crystal, biscuit, and Vienna. Then they dosed it with heaping helpings of Eureka Hops throughout the brewing process.
Tasting Notes
All those malts provide big notes of caramel and fresh-baked bread, while the hops accentuate the flavor with notes of grapefruit and orange peel. A touch of pine lingers on the taste buds after the finish, begging you to indulge in another sip.

infectious red ale/IPA bite pleasantly offset by a soft foamy head, well executed!

Rich, strong malty flavor, with a mild pepperiness and bite from the hoppiness. Flavors of caramel swirl throughout.

Pours a burnt caramel reddish-brown, with aromatic notes of grapefruit and resin. Malt emulates the flavor qualities of toast and toffee, finishing with the signature bitterness of pine. An enjoyable melding of the best qualities of two iconic styles.
