Never had a dark farmhouse ale, but this one tasted good for being 9.3%. Not overly sour but perfect for the style

This mashup of barrel aged wild ale/saison runs 9.3% and is an awesome blend creating a dark, high test sour. That's alot of my favs in one can folks! This boasts aromatics of black berries and a fresh lime tartness with a nail polish remover perfuminess that is puckering, but not astringent. There's a grape tannin dryness to the finish. This whole thing is compelling! So different and challenging, and that's what I love most about the fermentation project! Very unique! 😃🍻👍 ⭐⭐⭐💫💫
