About This Beer
The legendary Seattle brewers took their beloved base, crafted with brewer’s licorice and cinnamon bark, and aged it not once, but TWICE. First, it slumbered for 18 months in Heaven Hill barrels, then they transferred it to Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon barrels for another 4 months!
Tasting Notes
Each velvety swig overflows with chocolate, coffee, and molasses flavors backed by even more barrel character than the original. Look for notes of whiskey caramel alongside a mélange of warming spice in the lingering finish.

Fudge, dark cherry, licorice and spice, develops into bourbon, vanilla, lots of barrel, and cola, finish is a massive wave of cinnamon.
