About This Beer
To craft this “California style” crispy boi, the brewers started with a clean base mashed with Italian grown pilsner malt before fermenting it cold for an extra snappy sip. Then they carefully dry hopped it with Strata as well as a touch of Mosaic and Talus.
Tasting Notes
Notes of freshly baked baguette and golden honey mingle with ripe strawberry and mango tones. Hints of rosewater, dried melon, and grass carry underneath on a refreshing finish that begs another taste.
