About This Beer
The brewers started with a rich base aged for 13 months in Willett rye whiskey barrels, introducing decadent notes of toffee and spice. Then they conditioned it on sea salt, cacao nibs, and pretzels for a swig like an artisanal chocolate bar.
Tasting Notes
Smooth fudgy flavors course through every decadently thick quaff with nuances of pretzel and salted caramel swirling throughout. Hints of whiskey vanilla and rye round it all out before a chocolatey finish that completely hides its 11.6% ABV.
