About This Beer

Mortalis’ thickly fruited Diner Pie Series Sours are as worthy of a detour as the roadside restaurants that inspired them.

The brewers crafted a pastry in a can with ripe raspberries and blackberries plus a mixture of granola, coconut, and vanilla.

Tasting Notes

A gentle hug of delectable pie crust surrounds bushels of magnificent jammy bramble fruit, while a creamy vanilla finish adds a scoop of ‘à la mode.’

Juicy Thick Sweet Fruity Tangy

Noteworthy Ingredients

Raspberry Blackberry Vanilla Coconut Granola

Thick enough to coat the glass. Wild berries: blackberry and raspberry is pretty even here. It’s impressive that you smell fresh graham cracker, berries, and the head turns into strong berry shaped bubbles! Solid Sour, less and more than expected.

Delicious! Another great offering from Mortalis. Rich, creamy and loaded with berry flavor. Almost a smoothy consistency.

My immediate thought was this tastes like the cranberry sauce you have at thanksgiving dinner where it comes served from a can. Tastes straight up like cranberry sauce. It stays tart throughout

that's quite good. very berry but that granola pop at the end (like a pie crust?) is what rounds this out

thick blackberry and raspberry. this also hits on the pie crust really well with the granola and hint of brown sugar.

hits with a nice thick pour and classic mortalis is on point with the pie flavors.

My my that is a mixed berry pie ! Very fruity - full of blackberries and raspberries with light pie notes in flavor. Thankfully very light coconut. Delicious!
