Anchorage Brewing Company
A Note on This Beer
When it comes to crafting an IPA that bursts with tangy-juice, Gabe Fletcher and his hop-obsessed team at Anchorage know how to get’ er done.
Nearly every succulent hopbomb we’ve snagged from their Alaska taproom earns a whopping 4+ from Tavour users!
And, you folks aren't the only IPA lovers to flip over these brews. Thrillist named Anchorage one of the Best Breweries in the Country!
If you’ve yet to grace your palate with an Anchorage IPA, you’ll feel the juice-bliss everyone’s talking about once you take a swig of today’s Devour Me.
The brewers double dry hop this 6.4% ABV crusher with greedy amounts of fruit-laced Strata, Vic Secret, and Citra Hops. Then, they condition each batch with loads of tangy passionfruit and succulent guava for even more waves of tropically soft juice.
But, you better act fast if you want a chance at it.
Because you can bet our juice-loving members won’t let these cans hang around for long.

Not a bad beer just a little more on the bland side for me.
Tangy and juicy IPA.
Right on the money.
Big citrus flavor with a solid guava and passion fruit after taste.
My German mother named what I smelled and tasted here. It smells and tastes like a "Multivitamin" Drink. Subtle and gentle like a fucking great kiss. Good shit.
Very strong IPA flavor.
Really enjoyed it. Got a lot of pineapple.
Fruit is not overwhelming and this beer is not too sweet. It's actually on the drier side. An interesting and refreshing brew.
The fruit is hidden. Not there as much as I would like. The mix of hops is nice. Pretty easy drinking, but nothing too special.
The best beer I’ve had my Anchorage brewing. 5.0 perfect. I need to get more. It was absolutely delicious and amazing!!
Just too much of a passion fruit thing for me not big on that flavor profile. Love the can art though
Medium sexy, but that can art is sexy
Love anchorage IPA’s. Tropical and delicious
ABC IPAs are on point and delicious
Very juicy! The tanginess is almost too much. Anchorage is still one of the best
The third ipa i have tried from that brewery. This is the best one i ever had out of all. Other twos weren’t that good.
Juicy and exceptionally balanced hop profiles with a delicious fruit kick. The perfect IPA
I devoured you
Nice tangy tangerine bite to it really drinkable. Smooth finish not to bitter.
Another win by Anchorage. Amazing fruit aromas escape the can upon opening. A hazy, orange juice in color when it pours. It has a citrus-forward flavor with a load of guava on the start that finishes with a grapefruit dryness.
Can't resist anything by this amazing brewery. They got this one just right for me
Has a tangy, fruity kick from the passionfruit and guava
Sweet tropical fruits of guava and passion fruit, bitter citrus and fresh grass entangled with smooth malts.
Apart from the fantastic labeling artwork done on the side as part of Pride Month 2020, Devour Me is a fantastic experience. The guava and passion fruit flavors swirl together in the mouth and on the back end of the taste in a way that almost makes you forget this is an IPA. It's crisp, it's clean, it's juicy and sweet and fruity all without sticking unpleasantly to the back of your mouth the way most IPA's do. 9.5/10. Like sitting on the beach with wonderful company on your arm.
Very hoppy but not a lot of other flavor. There’s a tiny hint of passionfruit/guava but just a little.
Best beer in my crate to date. Solid.
I was skeptical based on the added fruit (not my thing for IPAs, not sure why I bought it) but turns out it is pretty good. Anchorage knows what they are doing.
