Sweet and a touch sour at the same time. Definitely get the cinnamon notes along with some sweetness. The sour is what truly makes this a unique beer.
Super unique beer I am absolutely blown away, just like a good Cinnabon, just lightly sour
I’ve come to the conclusion that most of the beers on this app are gimmicks. If they would sell the real stuff on the west coast I would try again. The Midwest and east coast just doesn’t have it figured out. This beer is strong on the booze but who wants to drink a cinnamon roll now that I think about it.
Really odd how this one works. The cinnamon and sour really work together. Wasn’t a fan but the beer was done really well.
You can taste the Cinnabon and the other flavors. Sweet and sour balances the taste out. Love it
The sour is subtle - the flavor of the cinnamon does roll comes though. Strange is the best way to describe this beer. Glad I tried, although wouldn’t be eager to try again.
A pure Cinnabon drink!
Very let down on this one. I was expecting more of Cinnabon flavor.
Was not sure with the "sour" cinnabon label but great cinnamon flavor with a pastry sweetness perfect for this stout to give a delicious flavor.
This beer doesn’t disappoint. Tastes like a liquid Cinnabon.
Idk how to feel about this.....I mean it is a stout and a little sour, strong Cinnabon taste up front, then a bitter finish, I think it’s good?
One of my favs
This was really great… not as heavy a stout as I’d have thought w the abv.
super unique subtle sour gives you that cream cheese frosting feel.
Like taking a bite of a cinnamon roll. ABV means it totally got me there. Would crush again!
Tastes like apple cider with cinnamon
Most interesting flavorful beer I’ve ever tasted. I taste the cinnamon roll and the ABV is serious considering how drinkable I found this beer to be.
Amazing beer! Definitely the most unique flavor I’ve drank ever.
Mint chocolate forward in a great balance that's not too thick. The vanilla is perfectly restrained and not too sweet. I feel this would be a perfect Winter Stout in the mountains.
Big cinnamon flavor with some orange and sweeter notes.
It was my first pastry stout and it was really weird. It really tasted like sour and cinnabon
I made a terrible mistake
4.15 at most it’s got a hint of cinnamon that stays on the tongue boozy and dark but lacks that thickness that would put it over the top
Cinnamon heavy. Sourness is a good addition. But could do without it. The cinnamon does help offset the sour.
Exactly as described, very tasty!
Confusingly delicious! Not sure how you make a beer taste like a breakfast pastry, but this is really damn close. Strong vanilla and cinnamon flavors, with the cinnamon coming through more on the finish, making for a nice surprise at the end of each sip.
Heavy on smooth, silky cinnamon. I definitely enjoyed this but it was a tad heavy.
Way too much cinnamon in a sugary stout
Somehow they made a liquid, boozy cinnamon roll and it’s wonderful
Just the right blend of stout and sour: stout first, hint of sour
Sour chocolat cinnamon porter. Very sweet
Taste just like a cinnamon roll with aromas of cinnamon.
Really different. It truly is a tart Cinnabon.
A nice change to try a sour cinnamon beer.
A very interesting beer that delivered on what was promised!
Didn’t get much sour but was delicious nonetheless
Not very good-weird flavor
This one is weird... I like this. The cinnamon vanilla and lactose make it taste like a cinnamon roll which the "sour" or minor tartness adds an odd bread note to it. Can't do more than 6 oz. With how rich it is, but its not overly thick or sweet or bitter like so many pastry stouts are.
party in my mouth
veeeery interesting, I do like the sour twist
I’d recommend this beer to anyone
I really disliked this. Hardly tasted like a cinnamon roll. Almost a medicinal flavor.
