A Note on This Beer
My mom makes the best pies. Whenever she bakes, the entire house fills with aromas of oozy berries, sweet cinnamon, and flaky pastry crust!
I didn’t think dessert could get any better — until I tried More Brewing’s newest Fruited Gose, Desert Dessert!
Bright strawberry and raspberry-like prickly pears (sourced from Arizona’s Sonoran desert) lend a tantalizing, sweet fruitiness to every sip. It’s a delicious, modern twist on Mom’s berry pies, with extra-juicy mixed-fruit flavor, and a grown-up 6.5% ABV!
A little lime and sea salt provide a balanced minerality and light pucker. Sprinkles of cinnamon add a warm, right-out-of-the-oven pastry touch.
Next time I get to visit, I’m bringing my mom a can of Desert Dessert to enjoy. I think all that fresh, pie-like flavor is going to give her next-level baking superpowers!

Sweet and decent
A nice sour in one of the prettiest cans I have seen in a while.
I was expecting more of an Ale than a sour so it really threw me off my game, I normally like sours but not so much on this one
First brew tried from More. Nice, light, fizzy tart prickly pear and lime.
Good, just a bit to Bitter
It has a good flavor, but alot more tart than i was expecting
Loved this gose style ale! Tart, can taste the pear with a hint of cinnamon.
Good sour. But I really wish there was more prickly pear! It's such a great fruit, but it's too subtle here. Light and refreshing beer though.
Delicious balance of flavors, really great prickly pear taste comes through
too sweet for my taste
Very tart but good overall flavor
Tasty. The cinnamon was a nice touch.
All I tasted was tartness.
Not bad but nothing special
I really enjoyed this one because you can taste every ingredient. Solid, tart gosé with a pinch of cinnamon to balance the salt and lime
Nice sour start and finishes with a warm cinnamon undertone.
I get some tang from prickly pear and citrus from lime. Cinnamon makes it a bit sweeter than I'd like.
Really good sour beer. Quite enjoyed this one. Doesn’t leave your face all scrunched up after the first sip.
Like an astringent, overcarbonated, lightly fruity, bad champagne. Seriously awesome label though.
