In 2014, Taxman “declared” its brewing independence with the release of Declaration — the first beer brewed in Bargersville, Indiana. And the rest is history. 

This epochal brew combines the best parts of old-world Belgian beer with hopped up American IPAs. Citrusy cone character swirls alongside spicy, yeast-driven phenols and fruity esters with every smooth sip. 

But if you find yourself turning into an antebellum southern belle and shouting “I do declare,” in a thick southern accent, it’s probably just the stealthy 9% ABV kicking in. 

It’s been eight years since we’ve seen a drop of Declaration on the app, and who knows when/if we’ll get another stash. So you might want to snag some cans now, while you still have a chance.
