For this iteration of Darkness In The Light, the Hidden Springs crew started with a chocolatey base layered with cocoa nibs and Bavarian cream. Then they aged it in Wheated Weller Bourbon barrels for luscious vanilla whiskey accents.

nice head which quickly dissipated into beer. Smells of chocolate with a hint of bourbon. Silky to taste with lots of carbonation. The carbonation is making it difficult to draw out this beers true characteristics
