About This Beer
To achieve this work of art, the brewers used Bohemian Malt and copiously hopped the brew with Saaz. Its exceptional, authentic sippability comes courtesy of the brewers’ careful decoction. This is the traditional, intensive technique of removing portions of the mash, boiling them separately, then returning them to the main mash.
Tasting Notes
Every sip brims with toasted biscuit and floral notes, giving way to whispers of citrus rind. It concludes in a clean, delectably bitter finish that leaves you both satisfied and ready to dive back in for more!

Bready, cracker flavors up front, malt really shines for most of the profile, with a hint of fruity bitterness right at the end that just barely hints at hops. Authentic and flawless representative in a world of knock-offs.

I’ve had CZAF before and loved it, but these cans from Tavour have a significantly pronounced corn flavor previous cans didn’t have. This is not a corn lager, so could this be the dreaded DMS (dimethyl sulfide) I’ve heard so much about?
