How do you make funfetti even more fun?

To start, you give that rainbow cake a boozy 8% ABV! At least, that’s what the Levante crew did with today’s Imperial Milkshake IPA. And that was only the beginning!

To craft Cut The Cake! Confetti, the brewers swirled mountains of graham cracker crumbles and softened marshmallows into the base beer for tiers of sponge cake flavor. Splashes of bright strawberry purée add luscious layers of jam while silky milk sugar and creamy vanilla coat the palate in a decadent buttercream.

Then, the brewers sprinkled this confetti confection with El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic Hops for vibrant pops of drippy pineapple, succulent orange, and juicy mango notes. 

Locals are having their cake and drinking it too, saying “my fave!! Sweet, fluffy, vanilla scrumptiousness!!!” And “Wow! So much going on here — ALL OF IT GOOD!"

Levante’s baking prowess might not win them the Great British Baking Show, because, well, this is beer. But today’s sweet treat easily earns a handshake from me. Want a slice?
