About This Beer
The team at Tripping Animals crafted this Czech Pilsner in honor of their 7th anniversary, hence the name. But when I first tasted it, I thought it was in reference to how long I’d like my stash to last.
Tasting Notes
Though, with classic notes of floral hoppiness accentuating the biscuity malt base, I could probably drink my way through a 7-year stash in a matter of weeks. Especially since it culminates in a crisp finish peppered with a delightfully earthy herbaceousness!
