About This Beer
The celebrated Colorado brewers crafted Creative License No. 2 with an intricate blend of Farmhouse Ales from their cellar. They fermented each barrel of beer with the same yeast culture and rested it on four pounds per gallon of fresh, organic apricots before bottle conditioning.
Tasting Notes
This mildly funky sipper flows with a cascade of tangy stone fruit. Bright pops of underripe apricot nuances lead each crisp and effervescent sip. Undertones of hay, vanilla oak, and lemon accentuate the orchard notes ahead of the zesty conclusion.
