About This Beer
To create the 2026 version, they began by selecting a barrel aged Stout from their legendary cellar, then asked the people who would ultimately be drinking to vote on which adjuncts they should add. The winning ingredients? Maple syrup, toasted pecan, and sea salt!
Tasting Notes
Look for flavors of chocolate and maple accentuated by hints of top shelf whiskey and a whisper of oak. Rich nutty tones should add earthy complexity, and we expect a whisper of minerality to enhance all of that deliciousness.
