About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the White Elm crew started with a thick and rich Barleywine base. Then, they aged it in Cognac barrels for uniquely opulent accents of plums, toffee, and a spritz of orange.
Velvety currents of vanilla oak cascade into dark dried fruit on every full bodied quaff. It’s like a bite of sumptuous, caramel-soaked bread pudding layered with raisins and spice with a kiss of orange zest on the end.
