About This Beer
The brewers crafted it with maple syrup in the boil and fermenter. Then they let it mature in bourbon barrels with an infusion of more maple syrup. Finally, they finished it all off with cold press Thomas Hammer coffee.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is like taking a bite out of a syrup-drenched, chocolate chip shortstack, then following it up with a phenomenal cup of coffee. Gorgeous maple tones fade into pops of fudge, while espresso tones blend with the malts, grounding the gulp in rich roastiness.

Dark brown hue, bourbon and maple syrup aroma, creamy tan head, bourbon, coffee, and maple syrup flavors, rich, silky mouthfeel, and a subtle bourbon warmth in the finish, deceptive as the ABV isn’t noticeable until the pint is empty.

Thoroughly enjoyed this one. Super fresh coffee and overall very smooth. Coffee and beer are my favorite beverages and if it was socially acceptable to have a pint of maple syrup I would! Lucky for me, I had all three here.

Dark brown body. Smells of cacao, maple, bourbon. Tastes of maple, brown sugar, molasses, and hints of cacao and bourbon.. smooth medium body. All flavors are subtle but don’t show themselves to the forefront like other beers in this category but still tasty.
