About This Beer
The brewers started with a blend of Strong Ales aged 9, 12, and 24 months in 8 to 12-year-old bourbon barrels. Then they took it to the tropics with a decadent addition of toasted coconut while an extended stay in Fremont’s cellar has made it smoother than silk.
Tasting Notes
Every sensational swig carries all the flavors of coconut fudge kissed with bourbon. Rich dark chocolate tones carry into notes of vanilla oak, raisin, and burnt caramel. A kiss of woody spice on the end is the only hint of the 13.2% ABV.
