About This Beer
To craft this showstopper, the 3 Sons Stout savants started with a rich base aged in Heaven Hill barrels for 18 months. Then they conditioned it on raw coconut flakes and sweet toasted coconut before giving it a gorgeous complement of Mostra Ghost Bear espresso.
Tasting Notes
Decadent coconut creme brûlée and dark chocolate truffle tones cascade through every bold, syrupy swig. Notes of golden toffee, java, and barrel spice swirl throughout, further obscuring the 14.8% ABV on the way to a colada and bourbon soaked finish.
