About This Beer
This beauty comes from the Stout specialists at The Bruery and Fonta Flora. The duo fermented a rich base on beechwood and white oak, imbuing the beer with intricate woody nuances. Then they conditioned it on house-toasted almonds, cacao nibs, vanilla, and sea salt for decadent dessert-like tones balanced by a dry sip.
Tasting Notes
Semi-sweet mocha notes flow through every silky swig with hints of marzipan and vanilla oak swirling throughout. Nutty notes gorgeously blend into a tannic finish that begs another taste. It’s all deceptively easy drinking despite the 10.5% ABV.
