Not too long ago, in a CITRA GALAXY far, far away, the CELLARMAKER crew infused a Hazy West Coast IPA with blasts of juicy cones. A brave alliance of Australian Galaxy Hops and Citra makes for a refreshing brew that triumphs over the palate wreckers of the past.
Tasting Notes
Tangerine, mango, and nectarine nuances flow through every sip like the Force. Dank resin and overripe passionfruit notes give chase like an Imperial Star Destroyer after the Tantive IV. The sticky tropical nectar makes a bold stand before a clean and pithy escape.

Citrusy and lightly funky… I think I’m realizing that I don’t really like Galaxy hops that much. Lightly smooth with light bitterness but definitely not a WC IPA as advertised. 🇮🇱🇺🇸

Dank aromas of passion fruit, lemon, and a little pine. Soft mouthfeel, mildly resinous finish. Nice sweetness, notes of tangerine, mango, and melon. Tasty.
