Like other commenters, for a fruited sour, it tasted more like a medicine than a great beer. My wife could drink it but we definitely had other fruited sours that were more tasty. This was not syrupy which I like but the taste was just slightly off.
Very good!!! Refreshing and not too sweet but with the right amount of sweet tart cherry flavor. This brand is proving to be consistently awesome.
Great mix of sweet to sour. Everything a cherry beer should be! Loooove Junkyard.
Cherry was slightly too sweet. Otherwise a good sour.
Love the sweet ripe Cherry
Tastes like a cherry pie!
Subtle cherry allows graham cracker to really shine through. Tart but not overwhelmingly sweet, a smooth and juicy fruit beer.
The Graham cracker and vanilla balance out the tartness of the cherry very well.
Straight up cherry sour; not getting much graham cracker or vanilla but it’s tasty with a good fruit/tart balance. Could it be Satan .. ?!?
not enough fruit to hide the super malty flavor.
One of the best Fruited Sours I’ve ever had. Will be kidding an eye on anything from this brewery!
Was a little too tart compared to junkyard big sticky.. but am I complaining? Hell no!
SOLID! The sweet-to-tart ratio was just...*chefs kiss*. Tasted like a real life cherry pie, but liquid and ale-y!
Weird aftertaste, not really a fan of this one
It honestly tasted like vodka to me. I love the can though!
Not to crazy just average great sour but no cherry taste
Tart cherry throughout smoothed out by the graham. Delicious! Could drink this everyday
A satisfying cherry-based brew, and I'm a sucker for cherry brews. I get the vanilla and graham cracker, also.
Solid Cherry Flavor with a nice graham finish. At the same time, a flavor I couldn’t lace that I wasn’t particularly fond of. Decent brew though.
Not sure if it was just my can but it tasted like cough medicine, but it had a good cherry finish. Thinking it was the packaging
More cherry than graham cracker but it was ok.
I expected more from junkyard, but not bad
It takes a bit to grow on you, but once you're there it's a fantastic cherry treat.
Decent cherry sour. Fairly run of the mill flavor profile. Definitely had higher expectations.
Ive tried a lot of different cherry sours and sadly this was not one of my favorites
Not at all a fan
Sweet. Not punch you in the face sour. Tastes just as described!
Tart Cherry and graham cracker finish... not as much vanilla as I was expecting but still a solid beer... love the can art!
Has a strong beer/ale taste. Quite tart. Not my favorite.
Don’t wait to drink like I did
Tastes like cherry but not like pie. Not a very complex flavor profile
Pretty sure this is the best sour from junkyard I’ve ever had!!! Fantastic!!!
100% accurate name. The tart cherry pie is amazing. Definitely a really strong flavor, so I found it best shared with a friend or two
This one was actually so disappointing didn’t get any cherry flavor at all it taste like a regular ass beer lol
I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again. Every junkyard sour is worth trying. This one will remind you of grandmas holiday pie.
Kinda tasted like cherry medicine not a beer
Lovely cherry pie flavors!
Definitely cherry was just hoping for a lil more tart
great taste. could use some more cherry pie taste
Great tasting sour. Really enjoyed the way the beer flavor was like a shell around the cherry so nothing was too sweet.
Pretty smooth. Tastes like the crust of a cherry pie with a little Ale flavor to back it up. I would buy again.
Nice sour here! Hits all the cherry pie notes.. cooked fruit, toasty crust/ graham cracker. Needs to be drunk very cold!
I’m 0/2 with junkyard. Wont be purchasing any more
The cherries were there, more Graham cracker needed, but if you just put whip cream on a chilled glass and sprinkle Graham crackers you're all set
