A Note on This Beer
As a kid, I used to gobble down all kinds of candies and baked goods, but my favorites always had chocolate and coconut.
Now I’m a little older, and maybe not quite as sweets-obsessed. Still, Sig Brewing’s newest Pastry Stout, Choco Macaroon, sounds too delectable to pass up!
The brewers carefully crafted a smooth Stout base and conditioned it on toasted coconut, coconut cream, and cocoa nibs.
It comes out of the can bursting with a nutty and sweet vanilla-like creaminess wrapped in chocolate — dark and rich, like a secret. It’s like sipping a Mounds bar gone gourmet, with the added joy of a 10.2% ABV.
Sig Brewing knows elevated desserts. Their Tacoma, WA taproom features a rotating menu of amazing cheesecakes with undeniably joyful flavors like Animal Circus Cookie, Triple Chocolate Brownie, and Strawberry Shortcake PopTart — an endless list of yum!
It’s no wonder they made such an indulgent Imperial Pastry Stout! Now that I’m an adult, I’ll sip this treat slowly, savoring each silky taste… but when it comes to grabbing this brew, I’ll be snatching up cans with childish enthusiasm!
