Tastes like a sophisticated pabst.
A little bitter, but the juicy flavor is great!
One of the best New England IPAs I have had so far
Dances on the palate, nice amount of bitterness and structure, very drinkable for a super flavorful ipa.
Amazing citrusy, grapefruit flavor with a slight bitterness to finish. A very good brew!
Tasty IPA with a dry and clean finish
Orange and grapefruit with a great hoppy balance, nice bit of pine. Good IPA
Smooth taste with citrus and melon
Tropical hoppiness with a touch of dank/stank. Smooth ‘do...
Not BIBs best best DDH helps
Very juicy and full of citrus flavor.
Quality beer. Robust flavor and dank finish, no bitterness.
Love the bearded IPAs
My beer was bad
I liked everything, but the name!
Bearded Iris strikes again!
Nice hop flavor. Juicy and subtle resin.
Could be my “go to” beer.. excellent
Mediocre. Would not try again.
Biased here because I love this trio of hops. Lower end ABV for Double IPAs which makes this a way more enjoyable IPA. My first taste took me back to my first taste of TBKs White Rajah. If you know this beer ... you will love Chief!
Daily Corona battle. Smoking for Aggie football edition. BTHO Vandy. Bearded Iris is always so good. This is juicy, classic citra mosaic with some Simcoe thrown in to add some dank goodness. Soft and juicy and citrusy.
Another silky smooth DIPA from BIB. Just a hint of dank to pop. Well done.
Not what I expected.
We go to Bearded Iris every time we hit Nashville. The Chief is our favorite.
citrusy, hoppy, slightly bitter.
Grapefruity and just the right amount of bitterness. Fantastic!
Great brewery in Nashville, but this beer was a little flat. Just not a lot going on as far as flavor
love me some double dry hopppped
