Could taste the cinnamon can’t taste horchata
Faint horchata flavor. Expected more.
Sweet and cinnamon-y. Easy drinking.
Not enough horchata/cinnamon flavor for me but I enjoy the slight sweetness
Second batch had more horchata feel than first. Easy sipper
Not sure about horchata per say. However it does pack a nice subtle cinnamon spice and a light overall body for a surprisingly 7.8% ABV. You do get hits of muddled rice
Very good and refreshing, very satisfied
Need to be sweeter tbh
The beer was not that great in my opinion but I used it to make bread. In the bread it was PHENOMENAL!
Not as horchata-y as I’d like. Tasty but simple.
It wasn't as sweet or creamy as hoped but it was still a smooth drink
Buy a good Horchata and a good beer instead of this.
Flavors were on point, and it reminded me of a real horchata.
Crisp and clean but I don’t really get the horchata flavor
Definitely as advertised. But I think the horchata flavors get in the way of the base beer. It's too sweet for a lager.
Doesn't taste much of horchata and taste a bit chalky
Def doesn’t taste like Horchata.
The spices were heavy on this
For what it is it’s a very tasty and rich beer full of spice and creamy goodness.
Couldn’t taste too much of the cinnamon but overall it was good.
Pleasantly light with noticeable cinnamon at the end.
Great horchata flavor without losing the characteristics of a beer.
Meah. Some faint horchata taste but that’s about it.
Not overpowering, all around great tasting beer!
Superb, cinnamon notes are delightful
Light horchata flavor with the big 7.8% body. It was pleasant!
It’s aight. creamy with a pinch of cinnamon. Nothin crazy taste wise but its hard to hide the taste of alcohol with subtle flavors. Not my usual type of beer but i enjoyed it. it had me feelin nice!
Excellent beer. Cinnamon, creamy coffee flavor.
Surprisingly a really good beer. Wasn’t expecting much from this one, but Indeed very much made a solid beer with this one. Cinnamon hints and a little lactose was a great touch.
It was ok
Subtle horchata flavor with notes of cinnamon.
I was a little nervous to try this beer. At first sip it just taste like any ol beer but then you get a hint of the horchata. Just wish The horchata flavor was stronger
Great beer but not as much “horchata” as I would’ve liked. Still tasty.
Like the spices wanted more horchata!
Not much “horchata” taste. Dissatisfied
pretty good, but the horchata flavors could definitely be more powerful.
Daily corona battle. Clean up after happy fun visitor time edition. I love a horchata beer. This is no Bruery, but it’s got plenty of cinnamon and lactose and is just delightful. Glad I got extras. A hit thin on the flavors, but enjoyable.
Took 1 sip and had to toss the rest. I never waste a beer but couldn't take it down....disappointed :-/
Really smooth and refreshing perfect for a hot day
This definitely doesn't taste like horchata. It's not sweet enough, and there isn't that strong of a cinnamon flavor. I thought it was a bit too bitter for something that was meant to convey such a sweet drink.
Love love love it. Perfect balance of horchata and beer.
Refreshing on a hot day.
Ordering this was a mistake
Sweet cinnamon and lactose drive this ale. It was nice, threw back 2 in a row. It wasn’t too sweet, just right where you get the horchata dessert like taste and then the cerveza wash down.
I grew up drinking horchata and this brew delivers on that authentic sweet rice and cinnamon flavor. It is not overly sweet. You can still taste the booze in it. I enjoyed this with a plate of barbacoa tacos. I wish it came in 16oz cans.
It was very yummy and was not creamy like i thought it would be. When you think horchata you think of milky rice drink, right? Not this brew and it was surprisingly very tasty like horchata!
This beer seems like a response to another: specifically, Or Xata by The Bruery in Placentia, California. Or Xata is a thick, sweet blonde ale that tastes like, well, horchata. It’s heavy and very sweet – like a can of arroz con leche. Indeed’s beer is lighter, drier, much less of a dessert beer. This is actually very refreshing (despite its high ABV) and more easily drunk with food; I think it really works well.
I thought of it as a spiced kickback beer on a hot day. Id much enjoy this as a menu explorer at a bar. Its good but not for my first expectation
Tasted like weird chemicals.
Can definitely taste the cinnamon. I enjoyed this with a snickerdoodle cookie.
Kind of a spicy Pilsner, a bit more flavor when it warms up, does not remind me of horchata
Vaguely tastes like horchata but it is a decent attempt. It does that have cream like taste with a bit of cinnamon aftertaste. Tastes better a couple sips in. I’m glad I got to try it but probably wouldn’t get again.
Good nice light horchata flavor
Good cinnamon/horchata flavor, a bit different with the bubbly cerveza flavor but overall good combo! Would drink again for sure!
Pretty good, had a nice cinnamon taste to it
Not my favorite
