A Note on This Beer

You may not have tried a drop from Kent Falls Brewing, but there’s a reason Thrillist, Hop Culture, and The Beer Connoisseur have all made their way to tiny Kent, Connecticut for a taste.

This little brewery is everything a Wild Ale aficionado could ask for.

First of all, it’s a true Farmhouse Brewery — this crew crafts their brews in a refurbished barn nestled in a corner of a 50-acre Farm.

Second, they utilize local, wild yeasts and locally-grown ingredients to capture the essence of the rolling green hills and lush orchards that surround them. What they don’t grow themselves, they source from farms within a few miles (whenever possible).

Today, you can taste three of their hyper-limited brews in one bundle! Here’s what you’ll get:

Everything is Everywhere Wild Ale (Blend 2) - 6.2% ABV

The first release of this spontaneously fermented brew holds a stellar 4.39 on Untappd, placing it among the highest rated Wild Ales on the planet! This second release might be even better.

To make it, the Kent Falls crew blended 1, 2, and 3, year old spontaneously fermented oak-aged Ales. Then, they let it condition in the bottles for a full year before finally releasing it.

All that time and effort proved more than worth it! Every sip bursts with bright lemon and notes of apricot and apple, with a mild, tangy acidity from the wild yeasts. It’s incredibly smooth and drinkable, with just a bit of funky complexity on the finish. It actually tastes like a spring day in the Connecticut countryside.

Cellar Eyes: Sabro IPA - 5.6% ABV

This brew is something we rarely see — a Farmhouse IPA! This oak-aged India Pale Ale swims with flavors of passionfruit, coconut, and massive swells of citrus thanks to a generous dose of Sabro Hops.

And, you’ll find that familiar pithy bite on the finish that IPA fans love, but this time it’s swimming in layers of wild funk.

Invite your buddies over for a sip, and this hard-to-find brew might actually unite your Farmhouse friends and your haze bros. Or, it might just divide them further, because they’ll be fighting over it.

Grisé Table Beer with Cherries - 4.9% ABV

The team at Kent Falls aged this dry, delicate brew on second use cherries, imparting just enough fruity flavor to compliment the base beer without overwhelming it.

Take a sip, and you might be tempted to gulp it all down right away! It’s that refreshing and approachable.

Those who take their time will be rewarded with a symphony of subtle, hidden flavors. Sip slow, and unearth notes of lemongrass, peach, and berry. The cherry notes are there, of course, but let a sip linger, and there’s a whole world to explore!

If you’re a fan of wild and funky brews, and you haven’t tried this true Farmhouse Brewery, here’s your opportunity to sample a delicious cross section of their catalog. But, you’ll have to be quick — we have just 120 of these bundles for all of Tavour!

farmhouse IPAs also need to be more common. This is goddamn delicious, fruity sabro hops and mild oaky funk, on top of a pale ale body and easy drinking. More beers with funk!!!!

Wow! Tart, fruity yet subdued hops, funky, oaky... this blends the oak with the funk and passionfruit, juicy fruit notes beautifully. Starts tart and comes in the fruity and hoppy and finishes with the mild vanilla and oak notes.
