About This Beer
Washington State’s Skookum crew crafted this sublime brew by blending an Old Ale aged in Heaven Hill barrels with an Imperial Oatmeal Brown Ale aged in Basil Hayden barrels. The results are truly spectacular.
Roasty, chocolatey malts lead off the sip, with rich vanilla and caramel-drizzled raisin notes swirling underneath. A kiss of oak and top-shelf bourbon comes through on the finish, rounding things out and helping mask the warming 11.8% ABV.

decent…too sweet for me though
Barrel sugar covered fig goodness. Oak on the nose with a smack of Carmel with a touch of tobacco. lingers with dark red fruits. delicious.
Figs, raisins, brown sugar & bourbon. Great beer.
Brown sugar and boozy. almost too sweet but a very nice sipper.
Delicious - very well put together
