About This Beer
The celebrated Washington crew began with a variety of freshly pressed, Northwest-grown apples — Fuji, Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Ashmead’s Kernel, Pink Lady, and more. They muddled in a touch of cane sugar, then infused it with cranberry, dark cherry, and bitter orange to round out the amaro influences.
Tasting Notes
Complex, semi-dry quaffs flow over your palate with bright waves of red fruit and a pithy orange twist. Stone and pome fruits combine into a round richness that beautifully balances the cranberries’ sour snap. it is… oddly tart. good.. I think it’s an orange zest taste you get the most with the tartness of cranberry. it’s good though
