About This Beer
To craft it, the Seattle team started with a crisp base of pilsner malt and hopped it with Tettnang and Saphir. And they also hit it with what they’re calling a special “modern Lager hop” from their friends at John I. Haas in Yakima. Bred with sustainability in mind, these cones boast all the fruity and spicy Noble hop nuances you’d expect in a refreshing Pils. They dry hopped the brew with this special hop before spunding for a smooth sip.
Tasting Notes
Complex yet approachable, each white-gold swig courses with rich bready flavors sprinkled with bright herbs, hints of pepper, and a kiss of citrus. It all culminates in a crisp, faintly floral finish that begs another taste.
