A Note on This Beer
It took two long years, but we finally secured another stash of today’s cantaloupe and ripe orange hopbomb. LIC says this fan favorite flies off the shelves faster than they can make it!
Canons IPA is a drool-worthy Hazy from a brewery critics are gushing over:
- Hop Culture praises LIC Beer Project for knocking the juicy IPA game out of the park.
- Thrillist declares them the Best Brewery in Long Island City.
- And, The Beer Connoisseur raves that LIC’s “highly-rated Hazies leave you wanting more.”
They’re absolutely right, too — if I lived in NYC, I’d camp right outside the brewery to make sure I got my hands on Cannons straight from the tap!
Cannons’ double dry-hopped combo of Cascade, Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo adds so much juicy flavor, it catapults across your taste buds. It tastes like you’re chomping down on an orange creamsicle with light, dry bitterness at the finish that makes for a satisfying, well-rounded sip.
But, listen up: we don’t know if we’ll ever get a stash of Cannons again. At the rate New Yorkers clear this brew off the shelves, this may be your only chance to try it!

Hoping for more
Just ok, doesn't have a ton of flavor.
