A Note on This Beer
Unless you’ve been bar-hopping around Seattle, you’ve never tried a drop from Seapine Brewing. They’ve been a local favorite for nearly a decade, but before the quarantine shuttered the bars, their brews were draft-only.
Now, you can find Seapine brews in all the best bottleshops in town. Much to the delight of their fans, who are numerous — Seattle Mag even named Seapine Brewery of the Year in 2018!
And today, we’re sharing their Candle Fly Kolsch outside of Washington for the very first time.
It almost didn’t happen — the brewery sells out of this crisp and refreshing Kolsch everytime they can it. They had to do a special run just so we could share it with all of you!
That’s awfully lucky, because you’re going to want a sip of this true-to-style brew. It’s made with imported German malts and German Noble Hops. So, it tastes like something you’d find in a Bavarian beer garden: bright, crisp, and clean, with biscuity malts and hoppy floral nuances.
Grab a few cans of Candle Fly and get acquainted with Seapine. One sip of this quencher, and you’ll be mighty grateful for the introduction.
