Side Project teamed up with WeldWerks, Other Half, Angry Chair, and The Veil to craft this BA Stout!
For Bubble Wrap, each brewery selected barrels of Stout from their stock and shipped them to one another to be blended back home. Then, each of the craft legends picked their own adjuncts to finish it on. And the Side Projected team opted for a delicious mix of coconut flakes, vanilla beans, coffee, and fresh ground cinnamon.
Tasting Notes
Enticing café aromas perfume the air with every syrupy pour. The taste follows, with decadent cocoa tones spilling into colada cream and java notes like a velvety coconut mocha topped with cinnamon. Hints of whiskey caramel and barrel spice carry underneath, the only hint of the bold 15% ABV.
