About This Beer
The brewers started with a rich Imperial base before aging it for two years in 6-yo Willett Family Estate rye whiskey barrels, soaking it all in creme brûlée and baking spice tones. Then they conditioned it on New Caledonia vanilla beans for even more custard tones.
Tasting Notes
Decadent notes of dark chocolate and vanilla oak should cascade through every swig. Look for whiskey caramel nuances swirling throughout with a tinge of cinnamon from the rye.
