About This Beer
The crew crafted this variant by first aging their cocoa-y base in 10-year Henry McKenna bourbon barrels. They transferred it to Willett 8-year barrels for a second snooze before finally conditioning this beauty on Ugandan cacao and Costa Rican vanilla.
Tasting Notes
We expect all that time in spirit-soaked oak to translate into supremely smooth nuances of dark chocolate bourbon truffles. Cocoa, custard, and caramel tones ought to swirl with layers of raisin and a whiff of barrel char before it all culminates in a warming whiskey finish.

Think of dark chocolate truffles, dusted and cocoa powder, and then served alongside a chocolate dipping sauce for an extra chocolate flavor profile that’s how this was for me really yummy
