About This Beer
To craft it, the team started with a rich, chewy base before aging it in 12-year-old Wild Turkey Rare Breed bourbon barrels for over nine months. The end result is gorgeously balanced brew brimming with cask tones and nuances of dried fruit.
Tasting Notes
Raisin and whiskey caramel aromas rise out of every decadent, dark pour. The taste follows, with thick currents of fig and gooey date cascading into golden toffee and vanilla oak notes. Hints of tobacco and char bring a delicate sophistication, the only hint of the bold 15% ABV.
