So so good! The guava is such a great lactose beer
Great beer just wish it had a bit more guava flavor
Not good at all
One of the best thing that came out of my crate
Ok but light on flavor. I was expecting it to be a bit more on the smooth side.
Wish the flavors were more present. At the current, it's a man's beer with some fruit kissed into it.
Tasted like cough syrup. Not a fan.
Not overly impressive but a nice easy to drink beer
Creamy and yummy!
As close to a perfect fruity IPA as it gets. It hits every flavor note as described. Absolutely need this again
Very well balanced!!
Enjoyable, so mush so it went down quicker than usual. The 7% caught up with me pretty quickly. This is not a complaint
Amazing guava taste, the lactose gives it a really nice creamy touch. Not too big in the hops.
very "milkshake", but not much guava. I'll pass on this style.
Daily Corona battle college football night cap edition. Delightful, super vanillay, thick with solid guava. Vanilla dominates to make it a smooth, rich milkshake ipa.
Weird tangy aftertaste. Almost like bad lactose.
Smooth beer! Only con was weak guava terps.
Nice and sweet for an IPA
Smooth - surprisingly good
The 7% abv is well hidden in this brew. Extremely creamy texture matched with tropical hop flavors. Easy to drink.
This may have been good but the guava was refermented. They need to make sure if it says “keep cold” to keep them COLD!!
Braxton almost totally nailed this one with a perfect 5 but like a lot of other breweries and their milkshakes, they haven’t perfected the finish on it. After your pallet is cleared you get left with almost a mint/medicine-like aftertaste that leaves me not looking forward to the next drink. Really wanted to like this one but I’m optimistic they’ll take notes and get it locked down for the next one.
Just okay. Fruity at first but dies very quick.
Very light and smooth. Subtle guava with the right amount of bitterness.
Delicious. It smells just like a guava shake. Has a subtle guava taste. A very good New England IPA with subtle guava and vanilla. Would recommend to anyone and I’m glad I grabbed more than 1.
Super hazy and a bit tangy really feel the guava but not in an overpowering way.
This was honestly, quite gross. Pretty upsetting too considering I was very excited for it. Has a funky smell and the taste was very poor.
Very easy to drink, strange initial taste but good aftertaste
Nice thick guava flavor
I am trying to branch out and develop a taste for IPAs. So I am trying IPAs with something special like this. I had high hopes but unfortunately this didn't live up to my expectations. It is certainly smooth but just tastes like every other IPA I've had. Not worthy of the very nice packaging and description.
Was expecting more vanilla, smoothness but flavor is excellent for a ipa
No guava flavor. 3 strikes - you're out. Not buying any more Braxton beer
Decent. Not much lingering flavor. Still an ok beer.
Not much guava taste or aroma
Ehhh, it’s ok
Doesn’t really taste like a beer
