About This Beer
Aged over 12 months in bourbon barrels and loaded with whole ancho chilis, cinnamon, and Roaster’s Choice whole bean coffee from Seattle’s Lighthouse Roasters, we’re expecting each sip to conjure layers of Mexican hot chocolate in every sip.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to fudgy chocolate and nutty espresso mingling with pops of peppery spice and bright baking spice. Meanwhile, oaky caramel and whiskey undertones should make for a deliciously complex finish.
