About This Beer
The crew crafted this year’s vintage with a roasty, lactose-laced body composed of six different specialty malts and a thoughtful addition of Chinook Hops. Then they let the decadent and complex brew take an extended rest in bourbon barrels until it emerged teeming with cask character.
Tasting Notes
Each smooth taste reveals dynamic notes of dark chocolate mousse topped with ripe cherries. Coffee, fig, and molasses hints mask the 10% ABV before it finishes with a touch of lingering whiskey and vanilla oak.
