About This Beer
To capture the confection’s flavors, the Oregonian brewers started with a complex base brew featuring oats, milk sugar, French Réunion island grown vanilla beans, and organic almond flour. Then they let it mature in Kentucky bourbon barrels for 10 months.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to rich notes of crème brûlée and marzipan conjuring French bakeshop flavors on your palate. Malted milk chocolate undertones should add to the decadence, before giving way to a sublime whisper of whiskey oak on the finish.
