About This Beer
Bonshaw is a blend of red wine barrel aged Belgian-Style Sour Ale and white wine barrel aged Belgian-Style Sour Ale with additions of loganberries, papaya, and Riesling grapes.
Tasting Notes
The ruby red pour should invite you in with enticing aromas of fresh bramble berry, wet hay, and wine grapes. We expect the sip to follow, with notes of fruit leather folding into layers of artisanal jam. A bright tanginess ought to give the sweetness a balanced lift, while vinous oak undertones add sublime depth.
