About This Beer
For this showstopper, the Perennial crew joined forces with the folks at Prairie Artisan Ales, combing their beloved BOMB! recipe with the OG Abraxas mash bill. Then they loaded it with vanilla, cacao nibs, ancho chilis, cinnamon, lactose, and a big dose of roasty coffee.
Tasting Notes
Ripples of decadent fudge and rich caramel notes swirl into espresso accented by warming spice. A bed of roasty malts holds the whole thing together. It’s like an artisanal Mexican coffee with a subtle spicy kick with a boozy 11.5% ABV!
