About This Beer

The City Barrel Brewing crew loaded up this Milkshake IPA with nearly 900 lbs of cherries, limes, and raspberries, and dry-hopped it with heaping helpings of Citra and Mosaic, so every sip is an explosion of classic popsicle flavor!

Tasting Notes

Luscious notes of bramble fruit and cherries burst onto the palate, followed by a bright citrusy tang. A touch of hop bitterness comes through on the finish, rounding out all the succulent sweetness upfront while masking the bold 8.5% ABV. And it’s all blanketed in a pillowy, lactose-laden mouthfeel that makes drinking one feel like a real treat!

had high expectations for it and it failed me there was no back half or front half literally every single flavor comes all at once and you don’t know what to taste it’s a mess

its decent and has a slightly tart finish like a bomb pop, but its really hard to distinguish any of the flavors

This was a solid milkshake IPA but not as creamy or flavorful as some of my favorite milkshake IPAs from other breweries. It still had good flavor and was overall decent. I’d drink it again.
