This Mai Tai-inspired Smoothie Sour seriously hits the spot when you’re out on the water, soaking up some sun. To make it, the crew used a cocktail of blended pineapple, orange, lime, and orgeat syrup sourced from their fellow New Yorkers at Fee Brothers.

It was a decent sour but not my favorite, if anything it resembles a screwdriver drink. I had expected more from mortalis, but overall not an awful beer.

Murky bright yellow. Big tropical fruit aroma and flavor; mostly orange and pineapple. Decent fruit/tart balance. Medium bodied tropical fruit drink. 🇺🇸🇮🇱
