A Note on This Beer
Beer geeks are going crazy for Blueberry Mochi!
It’s the newest collaboration between the GABF Gold Medalists at Parish Brewing and Portland’s one-and-only Great Notion, who took home some impressive hardware at the 2020 Oregon Beer Awards.
Superfan @Hop D. raves, “Incredible. Maybe the best canned sour I’ve had all year. So much blueberry, but the vanilla is perfectly balanced and outs the tartness. The rice gives it a crisp, light body. They absolutely crushed this one!”
The brewers stuffed this juicy Berliner Weisse with 28 pounds of blueberries and seven pounds of lactose per barrel, along with copious amounts of Madagascar vanilla and toasted rice. The result is a pastry beer so good, it rivals those Japanese sticky rice confections!
You won’t want to miss out on this decadent collaboration. We managed to wrangle a stash past thirsty fans, just for Tavour members!
Now that warmer weather is rolling in, there’s no better time to belly up to the bar, *ahem* your phone, and snag a few cans of this refreshing blueberry milkshake.
