About This Beer
Fall starts with ghouls gobbling up candy, but we’re on the verge of pie season! This Brown Ale is like showing up to the Halloween party with tins full of Thanksgiving!
Tasting Notes
It brims with earthy spices, sweet pecan flavor, and sugary lactose for a sip that combines the spirit of pumpkin and pecan pies. The nutty nuances play foil to the malty base, while the warming cinnamon and nutmeg will have your taste buds screaming for whipped cream!

this was ok. I actually expected this to be better. it wasn’t bad, but just a typical brown ale. this was not a golden ale.

The mix of flavors were not delicious. The mix of spices were prevalent in this one.

Absolutely love the flavor of this one. Perfect for october/november time frame. Tastes exactly like pumpkin pie and feels like the perfect beer to go with a Thanksgiving feast.

This was a lot of potential, and I knew it would be sweet. However, it’s wayyyy too sweet for me personally.

I like the flavor profile of this one - more towards sweet but to me it’s very drinkable

What’s meant to taste like a mash-up of pumpkin and pecan pies really tastes like neither. Instead, it’s more reminiscent of breakfast cereals like Golden Grahams. Unfortunately, a little too much baking spice gives this a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Definitely a top contender on best pumpkin ales I’ve had. Not overpowering or too sweet (for me). Recommend

Not much pecan pie flavor more so tastes like a delicious pumpkin ale.

Had a Pappy’s pumpkin pie the day before drinking this one, and it showed how lacking this beer is. Basically a watered down version.

Warm spiced pumpkin ale with a hint of pecan nuttiness. Not too heavy or dark.

I would not say that there is a blizzard of either pumpkin or pecan flavors, but there is a decent amount of traditional Fall spicing, sweet and nutty malt, and a smooth body to make this a pleasant, seasonable ale.
