A Note on This Beer

I finally figured out how Einstein’s glorious hair stood so tall.

The most likely explanation? He time-traveled to 2020 and gulped his fill of Trophy Brewing’s newest concoction, Blinded by Science.

The brewers used a genius combo of Centennial, Azacca, and a top-secret blend of Cryo Hops to drench the tongue with juicy mandarin orange flavors and spritzy carbonation. To top it all off, its 6.9% ABV could make anyone’s hair stand on end!

If Einstein really did time travel to visit Trophy, I can’t blame him — they’re winning craft beer lovers’ hearts near and far. Their hometown Midtown Magazine awarded them a Gold Medal for Best Local Beer in Raleigh, North Carolina.

And Vinepair called Trophy one of the reasons Raleigh is a Top Ten Beer Destination in the World!

Einstein knew what was up, and he’s probably gathering all his time-traveling buddies to snatch up this stash. At least, that’s what I’ll tell myself when this brew disappears faster than the speed of light!

Tavour strictly supports independent beer. Trophy Brewing is certified independent by the Brewers Association

Not as citrusy as was hoping. It is however, a very solid hazy. Smooth to drink and the hops don't hide.

Everything that you'd expect from a hazy, citrus pineapple mango but with almost a metallic leafy-green finish. Definitely a unique hop blend. Would probably go good with fish and chips, onion rings, beer battered fries, fried mozzarella sticks or any other salty greasy fried food.
