About This Beer
The crew at Hidden Spring Ale Works started by aging a rich base brew in coconut rum barrels back in June of 2021. After it soaked up plenty of spirited cask character, they finished it on in-house roasted coconut, doubling down on island decadence!
Tasting Notes
Imagine chasing an artisanal Mounds bar with a shot of Caribbean rum, and you’ve got a good idea of what’s in store. Notes of fudgy chocolate and creamy colada ripple into deep layers of brown sugar, while a hint of oaky complexity rounds out the finish.
